Q. How up to date is the parts database?
A. The parts database is updated on a daily basis. The date and time of the last update is shown in the top right corner of the home page.
 
Q. What do the abbreviations in the part descriptions mean?
A.
0=DRG Alternative under investigation.
0=MP Maranello approved part.
0=NLA Part no longer available.
PKT Packed in stated quantity but sold according to unit pack.
 
Q. I have forgotten my password. How do I reset it?
A. You can request a new password by clicking here.

There are two steps to requesting a new password. You will first be asked to enter your registered email address. The system will confirm that the email address is valid. You will then be asked a password reminder question which you provided an answer for when first registering. If you answer the password reminder question correctly a new password will be emailed to you.
 
Q. What do I do if my account is locked out?
A. You will need to send an email to parts@ferraripart.co.uk requesting the unlocking of your account.
 
Q. How can I place an order?
A. We are currently developing an online parts enquiry and order system. Until this is available you can send an email to parts@ferraripart.co.uk with the details of your order. Please include in the email the following information. Your contact details including your address and telephone number. We also require the chassis number and model.
